A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
O 0 32 Part Lot 1, D.P. 4196, being part Section 64; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 29 Part Section 64; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1 Part Section 64; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W 3295 (S.O. 6526) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Mount Cerberus Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and used as a roadway to be road.

ALL that piece of land containing 16 acres 1 rood 28 perches situated in Block XV, Kopuaranga Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Pohue Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2313 (M.L. 4771) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
