PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, is hereby set apart for the Kaipara-Waikato Railway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1961.


FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9·8 perches situated in Block 1, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 19421, part Allotment 17, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.


SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 3·2 perches situated in Block 1, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 19421, part Allotment 17, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2187 (S.O. 37683) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of an electric light and tramway power station and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a Proclamation dated 9 June 1922 and published in Gazette, 15 June 1922, Volume II, page 1578: Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 28th day of August 1961 for a substation.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
