Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Glen Innes

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 35·5 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 7, D.P. 44363. Formerly all register book, Volume 1318, folio 14, Auckland Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of August 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres 2 roods 28 perches situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land below mean high-water mark, Mangonui Harbour; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2302 (S.O. 42089) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 1·2 perches situated in Block III, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3441 (S.O. 4515) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, Borough of Mount Maunganui, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 2 10 } Parts Te Awa-o-tukorako 2A Block; coloured blue
0 0 5·9} on plan.
0 2 34·2 Part Te Awa-o-tukorako 2 Block; coloured sepia
on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157250 (S.O. 38400) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
