TAURANGA UNITED URBAN FIRE DISTRICT

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County and Tauranga Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 25114, on the shores of the Tauranga Harbour in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding northerly, easterly, and southerly generally along the shores of the Tauranga Harbour, to and up the middle of the Kaitimako Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Hairini 3A Block in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the aforesaid 3A Block to a point in line with the northern boundary of Hairini 1G 3 Block; thence south-westerly generally along a right line across Ohauti Road to and along its north-western side and the northern side of a public road forming the southern boundaries of Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 32526, part Tongaparaoa 2C Block, the northern position of Ohauti 1 Block shown on D.P. 5137, Lot 1, D.P. S 1852, Poike 6A 1 Block, a road line and Poike 6A 3 Block to and along a right line being the production of that roadside across the Waimapu River and another public road to its north-western side; thence still south-westerly generally along the north-western side of the last-mentioned public road forming the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 34 and 33, Te Papa Parish, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 32 and the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 31, the aforesaid allotments being of Te Papa Parish, to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3, Deeds Plan 239, to the south-eastern side of Cameron Road; thence north-easterly along that south-eastern roadside and that roadside produced across Chadwick Road, to and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that road to the easternmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. S. 3678; thence along a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 36146, in Block XIII, Tauranga Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 2, and the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. S. 100, and that boundary produced to and down the middle of Kopurererua Stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 64, D.P. S. 2364, in Block X, Tauranga Survey District; thence along a right line to and along that southern boundary and the eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 17807, the eastern and northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 17807, and the northern boundary of part Allotment 79, Te Papa Parish, shown on D.P. 7410, and along a right line across Cambridge Road to the northernmost corner of Allotment 80, Te Papa Parish; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Allotment 80 to and northerly generally along the eastern boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 10920, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 189, to and along the southern side of the Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne State Highway to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 23397; thence along a right line across the said highway to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 2, the north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 23397, and the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 25114, to the point of commencement.

Also all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County and Mount Maunganui Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the shores of the Bay of Plenty with the easternmost corner of Lot 40, D.P. S. 1538, in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 40 and 11, D.P. S. 1538, along the eastern end of Ocean Beach Road, along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 20 and 21, D.P. S. 1538, along a right line across Maranui Street to and along the south-eastern boundary of part Papamoa 2, Section 11A Block, contained in certificate of title, Volume 1242, folio 51, along a right line across the Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne State Highway to and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway at Te Maunga Junction to a point in line with the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 30237; thence south-westerly along a right line across that railway to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 30237, to the shores of the Tauranga Harbour; thence again south-westerly, north-westerly, and south-easterly generally along the shores of the Tauranga Harbour and the shores of the Bay of Plenty to the point of commencement.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Maungarei Road in the City of Auckland, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 45 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 3296 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the City of Auckland containing by admeasurement 3 roods 31ยท9 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 25, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3296 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
