Road Closed and Land Taken in Blocks XIV and XV, Kaupokonui District, Waimate West County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 11·7 perches situated in the Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through Section 37, Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District, and Lot 2, D.P. 8391, being part Section 29, Block XIV, Kaupokonui Survey District; coloured green on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38 perches situated in Block XIV, Kaupokonui Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 8391, being part Section 29; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3280 (S.O. 9155) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1961.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to land held for a permanent State forest described in the Second Schedule hereto.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Blocks I, II, V, VI, IX, and X, Mohaka Survey District, and Blocks X and XII, Waitara Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
30 2 0 Section 5, Block I, Section 3, Block VI, Section 1, Block V, Mohaka Survey District, and Section 2, Block X, Waitara Survey District.
24 2 0 Section 2, Block II, and Section 4, Block VI, Mohaka Survey District.
29 2 0 Section 1, Block V, and Sections 1 and 2, Block IX, Mohaka Survey District, and Section 2, Block XII, Waitara Survey District.
28 2 0 Section 3, Block VI, and Sections 25 and 26, Block X, Mohaka Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3282 (S.O. 3355) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land containing 28,976 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks I, II, V, VI, IX, and X, Mohaka Survey District, and Blocks X and XII, Waitara Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Section 2, Block X, and Section 2, Block XII, Waitara Survey District, and Section 5, Block I, Section 2, Block II, Section 1, Block V, Sections 3 and 4, Block VI, Sections 1 and 2, Block IX, and Sections 25 and 26, Block X, Mohaka Survey District.
