Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of August 1961.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 23·1 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 38, Wharenui Hamlet; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2010. (S.O. 9557) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of August 1961.
