Additional Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and that for the purpose of providing access to the said public school an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals, motor, or other vehicles, machinery, and implements, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, and that such right of way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of August 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland, R.D., described as follows:

0 0 1·7 Part Lot 5, D.P. 48042, being part Allotment 8A, Waipareira Parish; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·3 perches situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 48042, being part Allotment 8A, Waipareira Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3331 (S.O. 42573) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of July 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of August 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 31·51 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 1517, being part Section 25, Hutt District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 436, folio 230, Wellington Land Registry.
