HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 6 to 8 and Lots 13 to 15 (both inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1852 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street in the City of New Plymouth containing by admeasurement 1 rood 1 perch, more or less, being part Lot 37, D.P. 8354, being part Section 30, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1852 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, to be County Road

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the day of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 43 of the aforesaid Block XIV at its junction with Broadlands Road and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 59 chains and terminating at the Waiotapu River.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1854 (S.O. 38954) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Group Captain John Joseph Busch, O.B.E. (130338), is transferred to the Retired List “B”, with effect from 1 January 1961.
