A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 2nd day of March 1935, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925, published in Gazette, 13 August 1925, Vol. II, at page 2409, and registered as No. 1544, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication), in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of July 1957 and published in Gazette, 25 July 1957, Volume II, page 1362, taking land for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Project) in Block I, Fraser Survey District, Block VI, Cairnhill Survey District, Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District, and in the Borough of Alexandra, in so far as it affects the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

ALL that piece of land containing 11·74 perches situated in the Borough of Alexandra, being Part Lot 1, D.P. 6959, being part Section 3, Block XLII, Town of Alexandra; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157241 (S.O. 12642) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off East Street in the Borough of Taumarunui, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of January 1961
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Taumarunui Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1870 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the Borough of Taumarunui containing by admeasurement 1 rood 34·1 perches, more or less, being part Section 6, Block V, Rangaroa Village; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1870 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
