Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 28th day of July 1961 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

DUNCAN HOLDINGS LTD.
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Duncan Holdings Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 29th day of May 1961, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from £24,010 to £1,200 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 13th day of July 1961. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The amount of share capital of Duncan Holdings Ltd. as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is £1,200 divided into 24,000 shares of 1s. each and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of 1s. is deemed to be paid up on each share”.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Outer Area Sewerage Loan 1961, £355,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of three hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds (£355,000) authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing sewerage reticulation in the remaining unsewered portions of the borough, together with the payment of preliminary survey expenses of the said area and the purchase of certain drains within the special rating area within the Borough of Mount Roskill, called the outer area special rating area as defined in the following Schedule, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of four decimal two pence (4·2d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in such special rating area; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being for a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
