THE liquidator of the R. J. Allen Contracting Co. Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 11th day of August 1961 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 6th day of July 1961 passed the following resolution:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it be wound up accordingly and that Robert Clive Haszard, public accountant, of Auckland, be and is hereby nominated as liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

Notice is further given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company, pursuant to sections 284, 285, and 286 of the Companies Act 1955, will be held at the Boardroom, Auckland Chambers of Commerce, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, at 2.15 p.m., on Monday, 24 July 1961.
