Consent to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Hamilton City Council

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Hamilton Aerodrome Order 1961.

Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Hamilton City Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.

The notice published in the Gazette on the 18th day of April 1935, at page 1133, constituting Charles Bishop Smith, of Hamilton, a recognised aviation authority, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
- All that piece of land situated in the South Auckland Land District containing approximately 201 acres being, firstly, all the land on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 25615 being Allotment No. 107 and part of Allotments No. 105, 106, 108, and 109 of the Parish of Te Rapa, and being the whole of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 663, folio 25, Auckland Registry; and
Secondly, parts of Allotments No. 106, 108, 109, and 110 of the Parish of Te Rapa being part of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 582, folio 306, Auckland Registry.

Declaring Road in the Borough of Otahuhu to be Under the Control and Management of the Otahuhu Borough Council

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Otahuhu Borough Council.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Portion of Road in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 12th day of July 1961

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at Homestead Road at the easternmost corner of Section 31 of the aforesaid Block XIV and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 100 chains and terminating at the westernmost corner of Section 10 of the aforesaid Block XIV.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3189 (S.O. 40358) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
