A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that such street shall be maintained by the One Tree Hill Borough Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
