A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July 1961.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 20·2 perches situated in the Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lots 7 and 9, D.P. 8735, being part Section 66A, Block I, Ngaere Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 257, folio 3, Taranaki Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes subject to the building-line condition created by special order No. 445318, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of July 1961.
