Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Licensing the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Lake at One Mile Beach, Lake Wakatipu, as a Site for a Jetty and Launching Ramp

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the lake at One Mile Beach, Lake Wakatipu, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10653 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty and launching ramp thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1961.

Licensing Richard Garde Hudson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Lake Rotorua as a Site for a Jetty

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Richard Garde Hudson, of Ngongotaha (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Rotorua, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10975 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, as far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable one pound (£1).
