Land Taken for Better Utilisation in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Harold Parsons and David John Parsons, of Benmore, farmers, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 52, folio 246, Marlborough Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by David John Parsons, of Benmore, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 50, folio 207, Marlborough Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July 1961.
