WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for road. A plan of the pieces of land proposed to be taken for road lies open for public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 23rd day of August 1961.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council, situated at Tirau, and are there open for inspection.

All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections thereto must state the same in writing and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road; and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs. Armstrong, Barton, and Latham, Solicitors, 16 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of such public work who have any well founded objection thereto must state their objection in writing and deliver it to the Clerk at the Wanganui County Council at Wanganui within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE
AREA, 6·8 perches, be the same a little more or less, being part of Ohotu 6D 2B Block; coloured yellow on a plan deposited in the Survey Office at Wellington under No. 24595 and situated in Block X, Ngamatea Survey District, Wanganui County, Wellington Land Registry; and all that parcel of land containing 10·35 perches, be the same a little more or less, being part of Ohotu 6D 2B Block and being that part coloured sepi and shown as being part of the bed of the Mangawhero River on a plan deposited in the Survey Office at Wellington under No. 24595, the said land being that portion of the said bed of the Mangawhero River from the centre line to the left bank of the said river, the said land being situated in Block X, Ngamatea Survey District, Wanganui County, Wellington Land Registry.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
