NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Harbour Bridge Act 1950 and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction, maintenance, management, and control of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and its approaches; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the Department of Lands and Survey, Auckland, under the numbers 42511, 42513, 42621, 42623, and 42659 and at the offices of Messrs Holmden, Horrocks, and Co., Solicitors to the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority, Sixth Floor, New Zealand Insurance Co. Building, Queen Street, Auckland, and they are open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary, Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority, Northcote N.4.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Waipa County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council, Bank Street, Te Awamutu.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such land and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manawatu County Council intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of road. A plan of the said lands is deposited at the public office of the Manawatu County Council at Sanson and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the Manawatu County Council.
