Classification of Roads in Matamata County
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrant dated the 24th day of April 1961† which relates to the roads described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Matamata County Council's proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

BUCKLAND, Days, Heads, Hicks, Hills, Hopkins, Karapiro,
Luck-at-Last, Makgill's Morgan's, Mowbray, Maungatautari,
Okauia Springs, Old Taupo (from Wiltsdown Road to Maraetai
Road), Orepunga, Peria, Roberts, Scotts (Maungatautari),
Stokes, Te Poi, Turanga-o-moana (from Mowbray Road to the
Matamata Borough boundary), Waotu, Waotu South, Whakamaru, Wiltsdown.
Roads Classified in Class Three
Old Taupo (those portions not classified in Class Two).
Turanga-o-moana (that portion not classified in Class Two).

Tariff Notice: Decision on Application for Approval
Notice is hereby given that the application notified in Tariff Notice 27 for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of
Fibreboards suitable for use as insoles in footwear manufacture (e.g., Texon board)
under item 269 (1) (a) of the Customs Tariff has been declined.

Tariff Notice: Application for Amendment to a Determination by the Minister of Customs
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for a variation of a determination, by the Minister of Customs, under item 180 (6) (a) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand, by excluding knitted pile fabrics from the following determination:
Knitted piece goods (not being printed or embroidered) comprised wholly or principally of silk or man-made fibres.
The application will not be dealt with until 20 July 1961, and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 20 July 1961.
