Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by
the Paeroa Borough Council in the interests of the Paeroa
Borough district scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for
this notice would expire between the date of public notification
hereof and the 1st day of August 1962 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of August 1962.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That
the Land Shall Vest in the Christchurch City Council in Fee
Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for addition
to a library site over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall vest in
the Christchurch City Council in fee simple provided that a
sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid
by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be
used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards
the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the East
Coast Bays Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for cemetery purposes
to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said
reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of East Coast Bays, in trust, for recreation purposes.
