A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8·4 perches situated in Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Pukeroa Hangatiki 2c 2c Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 337 (S.O. 39710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of June 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 38 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 51, Deeds Plan No. S. 118, being part Allotment 1, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. Part certificate of title, Volume 513, folio 136, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels), and being the land delineated by the diagram endorsed on Lease 23185.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 3·1 perches situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 34552, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146626 (S.O. 38999) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the interest of the licensee in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Albert Arthur Petersen, of Lower Kaimai, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1477, folio 99, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of June 1961.
