Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Auckland
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 26·2 Part Lot 292, D.P. 14664, being part Allotment 20, District of Tamaki; coloured blue on plan.
6 3 20 Part Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 15709, being part Allotments 20 and 21, District of Tamaki; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2810 (S.O. 42683) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of June 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 12·6 perches situated in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 12, D.P. 9960. Balance certificate of title, Volume 1109, folio 185, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government (Ministry of Works, workmen's accommodation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 10·7 perches situated in Block V, Awakino East Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 8, D.P. 9768, being part Section N.E. 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2980 (S.O. 40908) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a right of way granted by memorandum of transfer No. 152121, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 30 perches situated in the Borough of Oamaru, being Lot 2, D.P. 6132, being also part Section 9, Block I, Oamaru Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 209, Otago Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5·37 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 55, D.P. 1787, being part Section 3, Kaiwharawhara District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2865 (S.O. 24746) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
