PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Canterbury and Otago and Southland Taxi Proprietors' Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1952, situated at Christchurch, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
