Substitute: “These rates are set forth in the schedule to the Most Favoured Nation Tariff (Union of South Africa) Order 1961 (S.R. 1961/56) and are shown in column 6 of the Tariff. The duties payable under the Most Favoured Nation Tariff apply in respect of all other items.”
