Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Henderson
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4·3 perches situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Henderson, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 149, D.P. 48498, being part Allotment 7, Waipareira Parish. Part certificate of title, Volume 1869, folio 73, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1961.

Additional Land and Easement Over Land Taken for a Secondary School in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and to use the line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 7·9 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 11, D.P. 9822, part Allotment 48, Parish of Manurewa; coloured yellow on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 29·1 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 11, D.P. 9822, part Allotment 48, Parish of Manurewa; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2757 (S.O. 42769) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 172, being part Allotment 209, Hautapu Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2826 (S.O. 40868) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
