A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 32·73 perches situated in the Borough of Masterton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 15, D.P. 19972, being part Sections 2 and 29, Manaia District. Part certificate of title, Volume 796, folio 26, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by George Russell Magee under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 118, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 15 March 1875 and ending on 14 March 1974, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Hazel Muriel Ross and Betty Joyce Murdoch as executrices of the estate of William Harman Matthew Ross, deceased, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No 21024, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 February 1948 and ending on 1 August 1972, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.
