Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to Certain Rights, for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Huntly

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the interests reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 14739, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land containing together 2 roods 9·8 perches situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly, being Lots 40 and 42, D.P. S. 5951, being part Allotment 9, Parish of Pepepe. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 67, folio 21, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of June 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre 1 rood situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and known as Billy’s Island; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2759 (S.O. 42841) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
