Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Taumarunui

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, being Lot 21, D.P. S. 792, being part Section 1, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1471, folio 30, Auckland Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 0·9 Part Allotments 39 and 40 of Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Newmarket. (S.O. 42395.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17311 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway (Opunake Branch).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

0 0 20·6 Part road (Aytoun Street).

Situated in Block IX, Opunake Survey District, Egmont County. (S.O. 9216.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17306 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of June 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it affects that parcel of land containing 1 rood 13·7 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 5 of Section 16, Town of Onehunga, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 427, folio 168, Auckland Registry.

Situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1961.
