Declaration That the Waimatenui Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Waimatenui Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation to a reserve for a site for a public hall and further vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, in trust, for that purpose.
