Appointment of Chief Judge of the High Court and Judge of the Native Land Court of the Cook Islands

to be Chief Judge of the High Court and Judge of the Native Land Court of the Cook Islands with effect from the 8th day of July 1961.

Limited Speed Zone Declared


PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. That the Warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956†, dated the 22nd day of December 1958,* which relates to the No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri), formerly known as the Rotorua-Whakatane State Highway No. 19, in Rotorua County is hereby revoked.

  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.


SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rotorua County adjacent to Rotorua Borough: The No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri) (from the eastern boundary of Rotorua Borough to a point 12 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from Alfred Road).
