PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 15 and 12, D.P. S. 4672, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 110902, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.
