IN the Price Order for raw leaf tobacco published in the Gazette, 25 May 1961, No. 34, page 746, in the heading and first line of paragraph 1, for “1884”, read “1844”.
Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Rotorua, Subject to a Building-line Restriction

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 123548, Auckland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of June 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 34·2 perches situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being Lot 263, D.P. S. 5621, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3c 3b Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 866, folio 108, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of June 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill containing 2 acres 1 rood 31·8 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 47935, being portion of Allotment 4 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 904, folio 97 (Auckland Registry).
