PURSUANT to section 2 of the Judicature Amendment Act 1930, the Right Honourable the Chief Justice has appointed Lester Francis Moller, Esquire, of Auckland, barrister and solicitor, to be a member of the Rules Committee, to hold office until the 31st day of December 1963, in lieu of Wilfrid Erne Leicester, Esquire, who resigned on becoming the Honourable Mr Justice Leicester.
