Partly Revoking an Order in Council Declaring Land to be a Motorway in the Borough of Tawa

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 22nd day of December 1954, published in Gazette, 22 December 1954, Vol. III, page 2070, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2391, declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

The Eastern Secondary Schools Board of Governors Order 1961

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of May 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Eastern Secondary Schools Board of Governors Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1961. - The constitution of the Eastern Secondary Schools Board of Governors, prescribed by the Penrose and Orakei High Schools Board of Governors Order 1955,* is hereby varied so that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 90 of the Education Act 1914, the schools under the control of the Board shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Penrose High School;
(c) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Selwyn College;
(d) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Glendowie College;
(e) One member appointed by the Governor-General;
(f) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit. - The Penrose and Orakei High Schools Board of Governors Order 1955* is hereby revoked.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council of the 1st day of September 1948, published in the Gazette, 9 September 1948, page 1149, licensing Ostend-Onetangi Wharves Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Brown’s Bay (Surfdale), Waiheke Island, as shown on plans marked M.D. 5200 and M.D. 8414 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a wharf thereon.
