A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 4 acres 2 roods 9·7 perches situated in Block IV, Maketu Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through parts Section 8, Block IV, Maketu Survey District, and Paengaroa North B No. 10B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2719 (S.O. 40424) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of May 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY SECTION 7 (formerly part Motukawa 2d 1 Block), Block I, Ohinewairua Survey District: Area, 7 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 72/6 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 24730.)

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—TAUMARUNUI COUNTY

Lot 2, D.P. 3056, being parts Pukepoto A 2 and A 3 Blocks, situated in Block VIII, Tangitu Survey District: Area, 192 acres 1 rood, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 76 (L. J. Davey and M. R. Astbury, owners). As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/498 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
