A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day of February 1961, published in Gazette, 9 March 1961, No. 18, page 379, setting apart Crown land, subject to a building-line restriction, for State housing purposes in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54236, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May 1961.
