Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject to a Building-line Restriction and to a Fencing Agreement

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 22nd day of May 1961, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 149543 and to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 160259, Auckland Land Registry.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Waitotara County District Scheme (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Prohibitions)

PURSUANT to subsection 6 of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each prohibition made by the Waitotara County Council, pursuant to a notice of requirement signed by the Minister of Works on 11 May 1959 and forwarded to the said Council under cover of a letter of the same date, affecting land adjoining a portion of the Hamilton-Woodville State Highway No. 3 near Otamatea County Town, is hereby extended to the 18th day of May 1962.
