ALL that portion of road situated in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at its junction with the Rotorua-Atiamuri State Highway at the north-eastern corner of Section 13, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly and southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 56 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 18, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District.

Also all that portion of road situated in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 18, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 260 chains and terminating approximately 4 chains north-east of the south-eastern corner of Section 26, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District.

Also all that portion of road situated in Blocks III and IV, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 18, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 140 chains and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 6, Block IV, Atiamuri Survey District.

Also all that portion of road situated in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 4, Block IV, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 174 chains and terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 28, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2488 (S.O. 40426) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B, B-C, B-E, and D-F respectively.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council become county road.

ALL that portion of road situated in Block I, Ngongotaha Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing approximately 27 chains north-east of the easternmost corner of Section 33 of the aforesaid Block I and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 250 chains and terminating at the southern boundary of Section 43 of the aforesaid Block I; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2537 (S.O. 40684) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

Defining Limits of the Tauranga Harbour Pilotage District

COBHAM, Governor-General

PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Tauranga Harbour Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters of that portion of the Harbour of Tauranga coloured blue on the plan marked M.D. 10986 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such portion of the said Harbour having:

(1) As its outward seaward limit an arc of a circle of 1·5 nautical miles radius running from the landward boundary of the eastern foreshore of Matakana Island and thence into the Bay of Plenty and thence to the landward boundary of the foreshore of the mainland south-east of Trig. Station A, Mount Maunganui, Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, and having as its centre the said Trig. Station A, Mount Maunganui; and

(2) As its western limit that part hereinafter mentioned of a straight line running in a north-westerly direction on a bearing of 335° from a point on the mainland, being 5·75 nautical miles on a bearing of 270° from the said Trig. Station A, Mount Maunganui, such said part of the said straight line being from the landward boundary of the mainland across the Harbour to the landward boundary of the western foreshore of Matakana Island;

the said arc and the said straight line being shown coloured in red on the said plan marked M.D. 10986.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 29th day of April 1961.
