PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of
April 1957, and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of
the same month at page 577, authorising Harrisons (Winches-
ter) Ltd. to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering
(Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Gore Aerodrome Order
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and main-
    tenance of an aerodrome by the Gore Borough Council on the
    land described in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that land comprising 100 acres, more or less, situated in
    the Waimumu Hundred, being Lots 52 and parts of Lots 53,
    54, and 55 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at
    Invercargill as No. 82, and being part of Section 5A on the
    public map of the said Waimumu Hundred.

    Altered

    PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953,
    His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
    advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
    the following order.
    ORDER
  3. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby ex-
    cluded from the County of Hawke’s Bay and included in the
    City of Napier.
  4. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
    the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been
    effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
    SCHEDULE
    AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF HAWKE’S BAY AND
    INCLUDED IN CITY OF NAPIER
    ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay
    County, Meeanee Riding, containing approximately 406 acres,
    bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of a
    drain, being the south-western boundary of the City of
    Napier, as described in Gazette, 1958, page 776, at a distance
    of 1175 links from the intersection of the aforesaid drain
    with the south-eastern side of a private road, shown on S.O.
    Plan 2252, and proceeding southerly along right lines bearing
    217° 30', distance 1400 links, and bearing 193° 44', distance
    4850 links, the second-mentioned right line being parallel to
    and 850 links distant from No. 50 State Highway; thence
    easterly along a right line bearing 101° 16', distance 7740 links,
    and then northerly bearing 20° 30' distance 1970 links, to the
    southern boundary of the City of Napier as aforesaid de-
    scribed; thence north-westerly, south-westerly, and westerly
    generally along that city boundary to the point of commence-
    ment.

    Authorising the Laying Off of Streets off George Street in the
    City of Lower Hutt, Subject to a Building-line Condition

    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of
    May 1961
    Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
    1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
    Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
    advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
    the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of
    proposed streets off George Street described in the Schedule
    hereto at a width for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft,
    but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no
    building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on
    Lots 11, 12, and 14 of a subdivision of the land fronting the
    proposed street first described in the said Schedule (as shown
    on the plan referred to in the said Schedule) within a
    distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.
    SCHEDULE
    WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
    THAT proposed street situated in the City of Lower Hutt,
    Wellington R.D., containing 1 rood 5 perches, being part
    Lot 17, Deeds Plan 472, and part Lots 33 and 34, D.P. 21859,
    being part Section 68, Hutt District.
    Also that proposed street situated in the City of Lower
    Hutt, Wellington R.D., containing 25 perches, being part Lot
    17, Deeds Plan 472, being part Section 68, Hutt District.
    As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
    marked M.O.W. 2233 deposited in the office of the Minister
    of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

    PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
    Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
    advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
    and declares that the portions of road described in the
    Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in
    Council become county road.
