Authorising the Laying Off of Streets off Pembroke Street in the Borough of Tawa, Subject to a Building-line Condition

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Tawa Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets off Pembroke Street described in the Schedule hereto at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said streets within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines thereof.

LICENCE

This order may be cited as the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts Electric Lines Licence 1959, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts Electric Lines Licence 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

The First Schedule to the principal order is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:
