Land Taken for State Forest Purposes in Block XII, Kaipara Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
61 0 30 Part Section 5.
130 3 0 Part Section 6.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2170 (S.O. 42521) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 10 perches situated in Block IV, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Te Kuiti B 14 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2569 (S.O. 40090) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mataura as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres and 20 perches situated in the Borough of Mataura, being Lot 5, D.P. 1157, being part Section 3, Block IV, Lindhurst Hundred. All certificate of title, Volume 117, folio 203, Southland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres and 28·6 perches, situated in Block II, Awamoko Survey District, being part Section 71, Maerewhenua Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2393 (S.O. 12828) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
