Crown Land Set Apart for a Highway Depot in Block XVI,
Kaitieke Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres and 4 perches situated in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 4, Block VII, Town of Waimarino.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1961.

Land Taken for Electrical Works in Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electrical works and shall vest in the North Auckland Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods situated in Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 46883, being part Allotment 64, Parish of Ruakaka; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2543 (S.O. 42547) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 12 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 42, D.P. 3576, being part Allotment 2, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 198, folio 229, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for parking purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5Β·7 perches situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 7 of Section 7 of the Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2562 (S.O. 42355) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1961.
