A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 5 perches situated in Block IV, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 1, Block I, D.P. 2910, Town of Matiere Extension No 1, being part Section 4. All certificate of title, Volume 80, folio 180, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 37·9 perches situated in Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 19427, and being part Allotment 124, Matata Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161274 (S.O. 40228) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 2·2 perches situated in Block III, East Taieri District, Borough of Mosgiel, Otago R.D., being part Lot 18, D.P. 800, being part Section 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2039 (S.O. 12944) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
