A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 1st day of May 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 1 rood 31·7
perches situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and being part Allotment 49, Parish of Manurewa;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2519 (S.O. 42697) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
