MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council, situated at Tirau, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto must state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ROAD WIDENING
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitotara County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for road widening; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said piece of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council situate at No. 331 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, and is open to inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objection to the taking of the said land must state their objection in writing and send the same, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Upper Hutt District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Upper Hutt Borough Council, having by the authority of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board under section 35 subsection 6 (b) of the above-mentioned Act been delegated by warrant the power so to deal with the matter of specific departures from the operative district scheme as under, has resolved as follows:
(1) To consent to an application by the Hutt Timber and Hardware Co. Ltd. for a specific departure from the provisions of the Upper Hutt Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme to rezone from Local Shopping to Residential Lots 405–408 inclusive, on Deposited Plan No. 17710, at the corner of Sheridan Crescent and Milton Street, subject to a condition that the four lots be amalgamated in the one title.
(2) To consent to an application by G. and J. Properties Ltd. for a specific departure from the provisions of the Upper Hutt Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme to rezone from Local Shopping to Residential all that piece of land described as part Lot 2, D.P. 3999, corner of Main Road and Gloucester Street, Silverstream.
(3) To consent to an application by Mabel Alice Gard for a specific departure from the provisions of the Upper Hutt Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme for the rezoning from Residential to Service Industrial all that piece of land described as Lot 12, D.P. 3999, situate Main Road, Silverstream.

CITY OF AUCKLAND PROPOSED DISTRICT SCHEME
Rezoning of land: Great North Road and King Street
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council, under Warrant of Delegation from the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, resolved at its meeting on 4 April 1961:
“That all that piece of land containing 15 perches, more or less, being Lot 8 on Deeds Plan 1378, being part of Allotment 16, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, and all that land comprised in certificate of title 588/219, Auckland Registry, be hereby rezoned from Residential C to Commercial C.”

DECLARATION
IN conformity with the above Act, I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000, fully paid, divided in to 20,000 shares of £5 each.
The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 31st day of December last were £203,847.
The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £11,635.
The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
- That in the capacity of trustees and executors, the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 31st day of December last was £98,936,879.
The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £98,490,145.
The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £446,734.
- And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
