PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents

Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of

Appointment of High Commissioner for New Zealand in Australia
COBHAM, Governor-General
To Sydney Cuthbert Johnston, of Auckland, New Zealand.
PURSUANT to the External Affairs Act, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby appoint you to be the High Commissioner for
New Zealand in Australia, to hold office for the term com-
mencing on the 28th day of April 1961 and ending with the
27th day of April 1964, subject, however, to the provisions of
the said Act.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of April 1961.
