Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Kawerau
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of April 1961.

All that piece of land containing 31·8 perches situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 104, D.P. S. 4502, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the Auckland University College, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of April 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for building sites, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of April 1961.
