In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of the Charming Creek-Westport Coal Co. Ltd., a
company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having
its registered office in the Town of Westport and carrying
on business as a colliery proprietor.
Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 3rd day of March 1961, con-
firmin the reduction of capital of the above-named company
from £50,000 to £11,787 10s. and the minute approved by
the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company
as altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Com-
panies on the 17th day of March 1961. The said minute is
in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the Charming Creek-Westport Coal Co.
Ltd. is £11,787 10s. divided into 23,575 fully paid ordinary
shares of 10s. each, having been reduced from £50,000
divided into 50,000 ordinary shares of £1 each, of which
shares 23,575 were issued and fully paid and 26,425 shares
were unissued."
