PURSUANT to section 15 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares the standard cost of production of apples and pears for the 1960–61 season to be

13s. 3·84d. per case of fruit
which has been picked, graded, and dispatched to the depot, with a labour allowance for full wrapping and a material allowance for cases and local market labels only.

Declaration That Part of the Mount Herbert Domain Shall be Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve, and Vesting in the Waipukurau County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mount Herbert Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for gravel purposes and vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipukurau, in trust, for gravel purposes.
