Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 661 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being the land known as Papangaio A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H Blocks, situated in Block II, Moutere Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of March 1961.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 831 acres 3 roods 18·4 perches, more or less, being the blocks of land known as Waimarino 4A 1A, 4A 2, and 4A 4 situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District. Certificates of title, Volume 309, folios 204, 205, and 206. (M.L. 2336 and 4779.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

Situated in Block X, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County. (S.O. 3337.)
